Functional Movement Coaching

Functional movement exercises complement osteopathic treatments by helping you stabilise, balance and strengthen your body.

What is Functional Movement Coaching?

Functional movement coaching uses posture and gait analysis to understand underlying movement patterns that may be maintaining your injuries or pain. Your coach will help you understand these patterns and give you a step-by-step program of easy to do exercises to help you reset.

Your coach is also skilled in teaching meditation, breath work and home office ergonomics to complement this process if required.
